Wenner began in 1945 as a British Columbia electrical firm. Eight decades later, the names on the door have changed and the disciplines have multiplied — from electrical to security, estate management, architectural restoration, and the technology consulting practice we run today — but the working principle has not. The most considered houses are looked after by the same hands for generations, and trust is the only way that work compounds.
Intuitiv was founded inside Wenner in 2020 to take on the disciplines of technology design and software that the houses had begun to require. The practice is retained on residences across North America, Latin America, Europe, and the Pacific.

One commercial relationship.
We do not take manufacturer rebates. Our only commercial relationship is with the principal — which is what makes our recommendations honest.

For the life of the property.
Most firms hand off; we do not. The senior engineer who wrote your master plan is the same engineer who answers the phone three years later. Continuity is the work.
Where we work.
Residences across North America, Latin America, Europe, and the Pacific — with travel scheduled around the rhythms of construction and the seasons in which families occupy them. Imagery is illustrative; the addresses, of course, stay private.
The studio is based in British Columbia, on the Pacific coast of Canada, where the senior partners remain.

The Wenner Group is a small, privately held holding company of specialist practices serving consequential residences. Intuitiv is its technology consulting arm; sister practices cover security, estate management, and architectural restoration.
The Group does not advertise, does not pursue PR, and does not expand by acquisition. New work arrives by referral from architects, builders, and the principals of houses already in service. We accept a small number of new commissions each year.
