Wenner began in 1945 as a quiet specialist firm working on the houses of British Columbia's first families. Eight decades later, the names on the door have changed and the disciplines have multiplied, but the working principle has not — that the most consequential houses are looked after by the same hands for generations, and that trust is the only way that work compounds.
Intuitiv was founded inside Wenner in 2020 to take on the disciplines of technology design and software that the houses had begun to require. Today it is the largest of the Wenner Group's specialist practices, retained on residences across the Americas, Europe, the Gulf, and the Pacific.

One commercial relationship.
We do not take manufacturer rebates. Our only commercial relationship is with the principal — which is what makes our recommendations honest.

For the life of the property.
Most firms hand off; we do not. The senior engineer who wrote your master plan is the same engineer who answers the phone three years later. Continuity is the work.
Where we work.
Residences in four regions, with travel scheduled around the rhythms of construction and the seasons in which families occupy them. Imagery is illustrative — the addresses, of course, stay private.
Active commissions also in Europe (London, Paris, the Côte d’Azur) and the Middle East (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh).

The Wenner Group is a small, privately held holding company of specialist practices serving the world's most consequential residences. Intuitiv is its technology consulting arm; sister practices cover security, estate management, and architectural restoration.
The Group does not advertise, does not pursue PR, and does not expand by acquisition. New work arrives by referral from architects, builders, and the principals of houses already in service. We accept a small number of new commissions each year.
