A waterfront residence on Canada's Pacific coast. We programmed every system in the house — automation, audio-visual, networks, climate, lighting, security and the on-panel surface — and remain engaged with the household under a continuous-engagement relationship. The flagship deployment of the Tahoe interface, supported by the assigned senior engineer who designed it.
An ultra-luxury mountain residence in Oregon, currently under construction. Intuitiv is providing Crestron automation design, advanced DDC climate engineering, and ongoing programming consulting and management — written into the drawings before the first cable was pulled, and held to as the build progresses.
An ultra-luxury estate of considerable scale, with multiple subsystems and integrations across the property. Intuitiv was engaged for programming, UI/UX design, ongoing consulting and project management — bringing a single coordinated voice to a residence that, before our involvement, was being authored by a dozen specialist trades.
A large ultra-luxury estate home and ski chalet in the Colorado Rockies — twenty thousand square feet of millwork, glass and snowfall, threaded with a custom Crestron build and deep system integration. Intuitiv provided UI/UX and programming, written to live quietly inside a residence whose architecture should be the first thing anyone notices.
A coastal ultra-luxury residence on the other side of the world. Intuitiv provided UI/UX design, programming development and on-site deployment — proof that the practice can author a residence end-to-end at a distance, and hand it over to the household working as intended on the first day.
