A waterfront residence on Canada’s Pacific coast. Full custom software development and continuous management — automation, audio-visual, networks, climate, lighting, security — under a bespoke Crestron VT Pro interface composed for the architecture of the house. Glass-warm, quietly drawn, and built to live unobtrusively inside a residence whose architecture should remain the first thing anyone notices. We remain engaged with the household under a continuous-engagement relationship.
