Pre-construction scope.

Engaged at schematic. We walk the drawings with your project manager and superintendent before the foundation is poured. Conflicts identified, RFIs raised, scope clarified — all before the trades are bid.

Trade tendering.

We tender the integrator, the low-voltage, the AV vendor, and the network specialist against our master plan — so every bid you receive is comparable, every scope is identical, and every contractor is briefed in writing on what we expect of them.

iii.

Site supervision.

Site visits on the schedule that suits your superintendent. Daily reports if you want them. We sit on the project meetings, manage the technology change-order pipeline, and answer the question of who is responsible for any wire in the wall.

iv.

Commissioning signed off.

Acceptance testing against the master plan, item by item, room by room. The residence arrives at handover finished — not waiting for its commissioning phase. The household orientation begins on day one of move-in.
